Owns an enterprise analytics function end to end From source-system extraction through to the figures presented to the board, external auditors and lending banks. Not a report author sitting downstream of someone else's pipeline.
Runs the reporting and reconciliation layer of month-end close For every business unit: AR and AP, intercompany, inventory variance, aging, income statement and trial balance reconciliation, then consolidation for controllers, auditors and banks. The first week of every month.
Integrated seven systems of record into one governed reporting layer Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and D365, FoxPro, OAS, FreightView, Quickbase and Sage, plus OPC line telemetry from the plant floor and live market price feeds.

Puts automation and AI into production, with governance intact Python automation that posts journal entries to the Oracle General Ledger and flags anomalies for accountants, and a natural-language finance agent in production that answers questions from the same certified figures as the board pack.

Built the analytics practice for a regional manufacturing group operating in eight countries and several currencies: one reporting layer across manufacturing, sales and supply chain, and the Qlik foundation that later carried into the North American organisation.

Led delivery of web and e-commerce builds for regional clients, owning scope, schedule and client sign-off from kickoff to launch.
